Tipsy Fried Chicken

Directions: Dip chicken into corn whiskey and roll into flour, salt and pepper. Pan fry with oil and 1/2 stick of butter.

Apple Brandy Cobbler

form the Tipsy Chef

Ingredients: Grandaddy Mimm's Mule Kickin' 140 or 100 Corn Whiskey, 8 Apples - cubed - I use red delicious apples, 1/2 stick of butter, Cinnamon, 2 1/2 cups of sugar, 1 cup self rising flour, 1 1/4 cups of milk.
Directions8 Apples - cubed - I use red delicious apples. Place apples, half stick of butter and cinnamon in a pan and cover with moonshine - just barely cover the apples. Simmer until butter melts and apples soften. Don't stir, allow liquor to bubble down.
Mix sugar, flour and water together in a butter greased 9x11 pan. Mix until sugar is no longer "felt" - but thick and not runny.
Put stick of butter in this mix - don't cube butter, whole stick will melt and distribute.
Cinnamon - to taste (your preference) Stir, Stir, Stir!
Dip Apples from juice liquor and put in 9x11 pan mixture, Stir, Stir, Stir!
Pour remaining juice/liquor into mixture.
Splash (your preference) moonshine on the top - take a sip, splash a sip.....repeat until you are warm all over!
Put pinches of sugar over the top and a little bit of cinnamon - sugar makes the top crust a little crunchy. (your preference)
Bake 350 degrees for about 50 minutes - watch after 45 minutes, liquor will bubble to the bottom and crust will rise.
It's done when it is no longer "jiggly"

Apple Brandy Chocolate Pie

from the Tipsy Chef

Ingredients: Grandaddy Mimm's Mule Kickin' 140 or 100 Corn Whiskey, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup and 1 tbsp of all purpose flour, dash of salt, 1 1/4 cup milk, 2 egg yellows, 2 tbsps butter, 3/4 bag chocolate chips, pinches of sugar to taste.
DirectionsThe Tipsy Chef uses store bought pie crust - after making this pie, you are too "tipsy to even attempt to make a homemade crust"
Cook pie crust per directions on package. Constant tasting is required while cooking to make it just right to your preference.
In a double boiler: combine sugar, salt, flour and milk. Stir Constantly! and cook for 20 minutes (at least 3 sips in this time frame for the chef).
Beat 2 egg yellows in a separate container until they are thick (2 sip process).
After the 20 minutes if stirring and sipping: Add 2 tbsps of Grandaddy Mimm's Apple Moonshine (additional splashes tom your preference)
Add butter and chocolate chips. Add pinches of sugar to taste.
Put a little bit of the hot cooked mixture into the beaten eggs - careful not to "scramble and cook the eggs" and mix.
Add everything together and cook over boiling water (in double boiler) for 15 minutes.
Place yummy mixture into the pie crust, let stand until almost cooled.
Slice it, Take a bite, Take a sip!
