Ingredients: Grandaddy Mimm's Mule Kickin' 140 or 100 Corn Whiskey, 8 Apples - cubed - I use red delicious apples, 1/2 stick of butter, Cinnamon, 2 1/2 cups of sugar, 1 cup self rising flour, 1 1/4 cups of milk.Directions: 8 Apples - cubed - I use red delicious apples. Place apples, half stick of butter and cinnamon in a pan and cover with moonshine - just barely cover the apples. Simmer until butter melts and apples soften. Don't stir, allow liquor to bubble down.
Mix sugar, flour and water together in a butter greased 9x11 pan. Mix until sugar is no longer "felt" - but thick and not runny.
Put stick of butter in this mix - don't cube butter, whole stick will melt and distribute.
Cinnamon - to taste (your preference) Stir, Stir, Stir!
Dip Apples from juice liquor and put in 9x11 pan mixture, Stir, Stir, Stir!
Pour remaining juice/liquor into mixture.
Splash (your preference) moonshine on the top - take a sip, splash a sip.....repeat until you are warm all over!
Put pinches of sugar over the top and a little bit of cinnamon - sugar makes the top crust a little crunchy. (your preference)
Bake 350 degrees for about 50 minutes - watch after 45 minutes, liquor will bubble to the bottom and crust will rise.
It's done when it is no longer "jiggly"
